If you are constantly blamed for doing the right and making innocent mistakes at work, it is easy to believe you are the problem.

But you are not guilty. You are operating with integrity and that's incredibly honorable. I want to help you stay honorable.

When you are drowning in a sea of dysfunction and deception, having just one person on your side can change everything. It gives you the clarity to see the situation for what it really is and the chance to advocate for your own needs.

I know this because I lived it. For most of my life, my normal was being blamed whenever I spoke up for myself. This led me to alter who I was to stay "safe."

However, when I began recognizing toxic and unethical situations at work and standing up for myself and others, I faced retaliation, harassment, and isolation.

This is when I started overcoming the things people told me and started realizing I was never the problem.

If you resonate with this, you probably aren't the problem either. You are simply underprepared for systemic dysfunction.

And the way to be prepare for systemic dysfunction isn't to learn about psychological dysfunction and think that everyone is ultimately innocent. It's also not to learn the strategies to keep yourself isolated (aka "safe").

And quitting your job might seem like the obvious escape, but it rarely provides relief. The dysfunctional habits you've picked up in the environments you've been in will also likely lead you to similar environments.

You probably also love what you do. That's why you haven't left.

You don't need to give up.

You can make the really hard choices to get stronger.

Most coaches are going to tell you to take better care of yourself with shallow self-help fixes. Or encourage you to find a "better" job.

I am not going to do that. I am going to tell you to take care of yourself by doing really hard things.

I don't follow a script or a method. I use deep attunement and discernment of your specific situation to help you navigate your next moves.

Together, we can map out practical actions tailored to your reality—whether that means learning your worth, initiating healthy conflict, filing formal reports, asking for support, building emotional resilience, or using external support to manage what you're going through.

Instead of enduring really hard things, you can master the art of working through really hard things.
