about your coach

I'm Christi. I spent 13 years struggling in a career in education — and it took years of trial and error to discover that it was never worth the struggle. In the journey to learning how to navigate a career without the support of a secure childhood, I experimented with various healing modalities, tolerated toxic environments, and suffered more as I sought support in overcoming these challenges. Through the trials, I found what works. I also connected with many other folks experiencing the same struggles, which is exactly why I built this structure for career coaching. 

I believe you have the power to build a career you genuinely want — no matter your past or current circumstances. Working shouldn’t be painful. I'm here to help you learn how to do it in a way that supports you.
