I’m your coach, Christi. I’ve demolished and restarted my life several times. Most restarts never worked out because I was chasing someone else’s version of success — whether that was blind commitment to a conventional life, total selflessness, rebelling against the status quo, or financial success. Although most folks have admired my ambition during these pursuits, I was stuck in survival mode and the patterns I developed from my childhood. I’ve spent the last 10 years experimenting with various healing and self-development strategies and have found what creates long-term solutions. Now that I’m predominantly out of survival mode, authenticity is possible. I’ve thus been able to determine my own version of success and I am here to empower others to find their own version too.

These sessions guide you through the roots of what’s preventing change, teach practical skills to resolve those patterns, and help you build an individualized plan toward a career that is authentic, meaningful, and sustainable. The focus is on building something internal — habits, confidence, and clarity that stay with you long after coaching ends. Sessions focus on your career, but you may also be coached through areas of your personal life to ensure you have a supportive foundation.
