We both contribute to a dedicated, undistracted environment to maximize your growth.

  • Flexible Timing: Choose the session interval that works best for your schedule. The average session is 60 minutes long. Choose how often you want to meet, from biweekly to monthly.

  • Punctual Arrival: We both show up on time, ready to start immediately.

  • Camera Settings: Video cameras remain turned on for the entire call.

  • Quiet Spaces: We both call in from silent, private locations.

  • Single Tasking: We both refrain from eating or multitasking during our time together.

You are the driver of each session while I serve as your objective guide.

  • Workplace Updates: Share what has been happening in your professional life.

  • Open Expression: Voice your honest thoughts and feelings about your work.

  • Problem Identification: Highlight the specific dynamics you find problematic.

  • Target & Fix: Define exactly what you want to fix and why.

I provide intuitive questioning and structural tools to help you process challenges safely.

  • Targeted Questioning: I ask deep questions to uncover the details of what happened to help you draw realistic conclusions.

  • Self-Awareness: I guide you to separate objective facts from personal feelings and thoughts.

  • Guilt Dissolution: I help you release unearned personal & professional guilt.

  • Authenticity: I encourage authentic choices in the workplace to prevent emotional burnout.

  • Boundary Definition: I help you map where your personal boundaries lie, based on somatic awareness and learning from your past. I teach you how to hold boundaries and manage difficult post-boundary emotions.

  • No Judgment: I will never look down on you for making a mistake or a poor choice.

  • Autonomy: You are the one to draw final conclusions and make choices about how you want to move forward.

  • Non-Directive Guidance: I will not impose rigid rules about what to do or what not to do. If I offer direct advice, I will always provide clear details about why specific choices could lead to negative consequences. I will support you in discovering if those consequences are important to you.

💳 Investment & Payment

I use an inclusive financial model to remain accessible to different income levels.

  • Sliding Scale: Rates range from $100 to $300 per hour. Pay the exact amount that fits your current financial budget.

  • No Questions Asked: Your pricing choice is completely confidential and unexamined.

  • Collection: Payments are collected via PayPal at the end of each session.

  • Cancellations: Cancel freely up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations that don’t meet the 24-hour window incur a $50 late fee. This fee will be added to the invoice of your next session.
